The company was incorporated in the year 1995 to achieve the main objective of providing infrastructural facilities for exportation and importation of international cargo generated in the states of Punjab, J & K, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.

The company set up the container freight station at Ludhiana which is the industrial hub of Punjab.

The company has provided well constructed warehouse and container yards. The company has provided vital facilities such as on line CFS operations, facilities for electronic data interchange (EDI) and telecommunication center.

The company has also provided office accommodation for Customs Department, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, custom house agents and surveyors.
